Which wall clock size is right for my room?
Measure the wall area and compare it with the diameter on the product page. Use our size guide for inch-to-centimeter conversions. Mark the diameter on the wall with removable tape to check the scale before ordering.
How do I order an engraved serving board?
Choose a “+Engrave” size variant, enter the engraving text and review it before adding to your cart. The price shown belongs to that selected variant. Contact us before ordering if you need help with placement.
How long do preparation and delivery take?
Preparation takes 5 business days from payment confirmation. Free FedEx or UPS Express is available to U.S. and European destinations we serve. Estimated transit after dispatch: U.S. up to 4 business days; Europe up to 3. Estimated total under normal conditions: 9 or 8 business days respectively; not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier or customs delays may affect these estimates. We cover customs duties and any applicable import VAT. Any customs-processing or brokerage fees are payable by the customer.
Can I request a return?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Eligibility, instructions and the return address must be confirmed before you send anything back. Review the return policy, especially for personalized items.
